Luxury Travel Consultant
Sarah Casewit
I’m a trusted travel advisor to discerning travelers, with over 15 years of experience curating transformative journeys that go far beyond the ordinary. Featured in The New York Times, Condé Nast Traveler, National Geographic, Travel + Leisure, and Departures, I specialize in life-changing experiences designed to inspire and connect.
My career began in Buenos Aires in 2012, where I played a key role at luxury tour operator Blue Parallel – an award-winning venture. I later co-founded a pioneering travel company, Naya Traveler, that helped pave the way for women in business, and most recently held a senior consultant role at renowned luxury properties and travel firms, including an executive position at a leading travel tech firm in California, Scenset.
Born in Morocco, I’ve lived across five continents and am fluent in Arabic, French, Spanish, and English. From the souks of Marrakech to the mountains of Mallorca, I’ve built deep relationships with artisans, hoteliers, and storytellers, offering my clients exclusive access and culturally immersive experiences that feed the soul.
Otherworldly Travel is the culmination of everything I’ve learned: a commitment to journeys rooted in cultural fluency, genuine connection, and the kind of access that can only come from decades of global experience. This is travel that respects tradition while embracing discovery, designed for those who seek more than just a destination.
What sets me apart?
Authenticity Over Algorithms
I’m at the opposite end of AI, where warmth, cultural fluency and intuition play a strategic role in my travel planning and decision making.
Unmatched Connections
No online search can replicate the relationships I nurture for my clients all over the globe, from craftsmen to chefs to hotel managers.
Insider Access Beyond the Obvious
I can open doors that others can’t because I have years of collaboration with institutions around the world and I love surprising my travelers.
Travel is deeply personal to me. It's woven into how I see the world and how I continue to learn from it. I feel honored to connect with each traveler, crafting itineraries that reflect their values and aspirations. While I design luxury journeys across the globe, to me, true luxury isn’t measured by thread counts or Michelin stars alone (though I know where to find them). It's found in meaningful moments shaped by cultural fluency, thoughtful care, genuine experience, and above all, instinct.
“Excellence is the word that comes to mind when I think of Sarah Casewit and my recent trip to Morocco which she organized for my son and I. The trip was well planned with lots of attention to detail and five star service. It was a stress free, life changing experience for me. Can't wait for our next adventure!"
"Our trip to Portugal was wonderful. I will give much of the credit to Sarah organizing and being there with us every step of the way. The team on the ground were so good about moving things around to accommodate our needs and we all had the best time!"
“I wanted to thank you so much for putting together such an amazing trip for us and we fell in love with Argentina and its incredible diversity of landscapes. It was one of the best trips we have done!"
“When traveling with a family whose needs are specific–with the young and elderly in tow–it is a luxury to not be responsible for all details. Sarah stepped in and provided an excellent itinerary that met and understood our needs, allowing for us to sit back and enjoy the hidden treasures of Oman.”
