Months of research, relationship-building, on-the-ground scouting, and meticulous design go into every itinerary. To protect the integrity of that work and ensure we give our full attention to every client we take on, we ask that every new relationship begin with an honest commitment from both sides.

We welcome new inquiries. After an initial 30-minute discovery call, we require a non-refundable planning fee before any research or proposal work begins. This fee is applied toward your trip cost upon booking.

Our process

Discovery Call
A 30-minute conversation to understand who you are, how you travel, and what kind of experience you are looking for. No itinerary, no proposal; just a real conversation.

Planning Fee
Once we both feel this is a good fit, new clients are invoiced a $500 planning fee. This is what allows us to begin. It is applied in full toward your trip cost when you book.

Proposal & Design
We build a fully bespoke itinerary - destination research, curated accommodations, private guides, exclusive experiences, and every logistical detail designed around you. This takes weeks, not hours.

Review & Refinement
We walk you through the proposal together, refine based on your feedback, and lock in reservations once you are ready to commit.

Your Journey Begins
From departure to return, we are reachable. On-the-ground support, real-time adjustments, and the confidence of knowing someone is looking out for you.
Why the planning fee?
A bespoke travel proposal is not a brochure. It is the product of weeks of work: sourcing accommodations that are not on booking platforms, coordinating with private guides who do not advertise online, and designing an experience arc that is specific to you. That work has value. The planning fee is how we ensure both sides are invested before that work begins. It is also how we protect the access and relationships we have built over 15 years; they are not for everyone, and that is intentional.
